Abdul Karim Babatunde Disu (MD/CEO)
Prior to joining LAGBUS ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer in July 2008, Mr.Abdul Karim Babatunde Disu was Managing Consultant for Springfresh Limited. His forte was in sourcing for investors in projects in Nigeria, with a special bias for the aviation sector.
Mr. Babatunde Disu left Bristow Helicopters after ten years of service. He was General Manager (the first African) for West African Strategic Business Unit (WASBU) where he was a member of a committee set to integrate Pan African Airlines Nigeria Limited (PAAN) and Bristow Helicopters (Nigeria) Limited as part of WASBU. He was also General Manager (Administration & Human Resources).
Mr. Babatunde Disu was also a pioneer staff of Mutual Trust Savings and Loans Limited. He worked in different capacities as Head Accounts Management Unit, Head of Operations (responsible for overseeing Treasury and Financial Institutions) as well as the Administration Department. He was also charged with the coordination of activities of all subsidiaries amongst other relevant duties.
After the conclusion of his Preparatory IESE Executive MBA Programme in the prestigious Lagos Business School in 1999, Mr. Babatunde Disu obtained an MBA (Administration) from the International Graduate School of Management, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain in 2000.
Mr. Babatunde Disu has brought his wide ranging expertise to lead the management team of LAGBUS ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED to multiple business successes in the operation of the Lagos Metro Bus Project and Transport Franchise Management.
 
Yemi Odubela ( EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR)
He was enlisted into the Nigerian Police as a Cadet Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) in 1973 and served in several capacities, including the Officer in Charge of the State Criminal Investigation Department (C.I.D), Panti, Lagos State and Abeokuta, Ogun State. He was the Principal Staff Officer (PSO) to the Inspector General of Police (IGP) and Commissioner of Police, Lagos State and Kebbi State, before his retirement in 1996.Prior to joining the company, he was appointed the pioneer Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lagos State Traffic Management Authority(LASTMA) from 2001 to 2005.
Olubodun Ogunyankin (DEPUTY HEAD OF OPERATIONS)
Lolade Aina (HEAD, HR & ADMIN)
Lolade Aina has over 12years experience in the financial industry before focusing on Administration. She is a graduate of Economics from University of Leicester (U.K). She also holds an MBA from the same University. Prior to joining LAGBUS ASSET MANAGEMENT she was Head of Relationship Management at Kakawa Asset Management Ltd a subsidiary of Kakawa Discount House Ltd. She also headed the Operations and Settlements department for a brief period.
A highly motivated professional, a business analyst with background in accounting, banking and business management, Lolade has interpersonal, team building and leadership skills, a trait that is demonstrated in her day to day work as Head, HR and Admin.
 
Adetoun Gaji (HEAD, COMMUNICATIONS & MARKETING)
Adetoun is a versatile and highly motivated team player with years of experience in communication. She has worked in different capacities in the telecommunications industry.
She possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. She is also proactive with a track record of client satisfaction and retention.She is currently the Head of Marketing & Communications at LAGBUS.
Isola Akingbade (HEAD, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIONS)
He is a Chartered Accountant of over a decade extensive experience covering various departments in the banking industry ranging from Domestic Operations, Internal Control, Financial Controls and Strategy, Management Information System and Project Management.
Funmilola Osisanya (HEAD, LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE)
A lawyer, admitted to the Nigerian Bar with 15 (fifteen) years post call experience spanning private law practice, banking and consulting sectors. She has extensive experience in Advocacy, Legal Advisory and Solicitors work specialising in Commercial Law Practice, International Investments, Capital Market Operations and Insolvency and Business Recovery. Also has extensive experience in Company Secretarial Practice having acted as Company Secretary to various reputable Nigerian Companies and worked in the Company Secretariat/Legal Department of National Bank of Nigeria Plc (now Wema Bank Plc).
A member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria, Insol International; International Federation of Insolvency Practitioners.
Phyllis Teko (ENFORCEMENT MANAGER)
Ms Teko has over the years acquired great experience in the transportation sector.She was a Customer Services and Operations Manager with Transport for London (TfL) for five years; with responsibility for managing a call centre and a penalty charge notice processing section for on-street parking, CCTV parking, bus lane enforcement and moving traffic contraventions such as yellow box junction, banned turns; such as no-entry, no left or right turn and directional signs. She worked successfully on numerous project boards including the tendering and procurement of an out-sourced service provider for TfL’s notice processing service.
