Do you have a system map that shows all the routes?
A : Yes. Our new system map, showing the entire City of Lagos, all BUS routes, and major points of interest, is posted at the downtown terminal and in our administrative office building. Several bus shelters along our major routes also house the map. In addition, you can view the map on-line on our Routes page on our website. |
Q : If I left an article on the bus, how do I get it back?
A : All articles left on our buses are turned in to our depot offices. You must come to our Administration Office Building to sign for and retrieve those articles. Or mail us using our claims and suggestion form on our website. The Administration Office is located at Tisco Building Alausa, Ikeja. Hours of operation of our lost and found department are 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday. Articles are kept for 30 days and then discarded. |
Q : Can I advertise on buses?
A : Yes! Lagbus encourages businesses, community groups and others to advertise with Lagbus. Lagbus has space available that run along the sides of our buses, on our bus shelters, and inside the buses on special panels. Since Lagbus expects to carry 3 million passengers on a daily basis at full capacity, advertising with us reaches a very wide audience.
